By accessing or using the SleptTik platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

SleptTik provides interactive live-stream game tools designed for content creators on TikTok and similar platforms. The Service allows creators to host audience-participation games where viewers interact through gifts, likes, shares, and other platform actions. SleptTik does not facilitate gambling, nor does it guarantee any monetary outcome for streamers or viewers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account. SleptTik shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or the networks connected to it.
• Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content through the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service unless expressly permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and audio — are the exclusive property of SleptTik or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. SleptTik is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy modifications made by third-party platforms that may affect the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SleptTik and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to SleptTik in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
